DESIGN FOR AN ANTI HUMAN TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN

CLIENT: “FREEDOM IS BEAUTIFUL” BY VUVIVO

On December 2025 VUVIVO commissioned me to create a piece to visually identify their Anti Human Trafficking campaign “Freedom Is Beautiful”.

This once again gave me the chance to collaborate with another “Colectivo Supervivo” member. The painter and illustrator Manuel Gallardo.

The image symbolizes a journey from slavery to freedom which can be read if you scan from the bottom up. The black and white is a staple of the Supervivo style born of the economic and technological limitations of Cuba when we started our creative projects back in 2008. This campaign allowed this kinds of liberties to us as creators.

The main image contains the typographic composition that shows the name of the campaign. As addition I created a version of the composition just as typography so it can used with more limited printing options or used as a logo if needed.

The intention for he implementation this campaign is to appeal to millennials and gen z audiences. To intervene urban spaces as well as fashion to raise awareness and conversation about such a difficult topic.
